Public genome browser available

The PGSC had made the Solanum tuberosum Group Phureja DM 1-3 516 R44 doubled monoploid genome assembly (DM v3) available for the public via a genome browser. Access to the Supercontigs, Contigs, Loci, and annotation is available through our Data Access website. You will need to agree to the terms of our data access agreement prior to viewing the data. Future updates to the annotation will be made available in the coming months.
